When you book a Luxury Bus, Mini Bus, or Tempo Traveller with us, our team makes multiple arrangements in advance—vehicle scheduling, driver assignment, maintenance checks, route planning, and more.

However, cancellations also cause operational challenges—vehicles are reserved exclusively for you, drivers are assigned, and maintenance is scheduled accordingly. So, this policy balances convenience for customers and fair compensation for our team.

2. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

To confirm a booking, customers generally need to pay an advance amount. This advance:

3. Cancellation Policy for Luxury Bus & Tempo Traveller Hire

Depending on how early the cancellation happens, charges may apply. We follow a fair time-based cancellation structure:

A. Cancellation 7 Days Before Travel Date

90% of advance amount is refunded
Only 10% processing fee is deducted

B. Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Travel

50% of the advance amount is refunded
Remaining 50% is retained to cover operational loss

C. Cancellation 24–48 Hours Before Travel

No refund on advance payment
Key resources have already been allocated

D. Same-Day Cancellation (0–24 Hours)

No refund
Full-day vehicle blocking charges apply
The vehicle and driver are already prepared, so cancellation cannot be compensated.

4. Trip Modification & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change slightly. So, we offer flexible modification options.

Rescheduling Allowed (Subject to Availability)

If you request rescheduling at least 72 hours before the trip, we adjust the date without extra charges.

Change in Pickup Time

Minor timing changes on the same day (up to 1 hour) are allowed depending on driver and vehicle availability.

Upgrade or Downgrade Vehicle

If you want to upgrade to a bigger vehicle (like Luxury Bus instead of Traveller), charges may apply based on availability.

Route Modifications

Additional route changes or longer distances may attract extra charges, but no penalty.

Last-Minute Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 24 hours of travel may not be accepted due to pre-scheduled bookings.

5. Conditions When Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds cannot be processed under these conditions:

Last-minute cancellations
Customer unavailable at pickup location
Change in plan after vehicle arrival
Wrong address or delayed group arrival causing trip cancellation
Vehicle retention beyond booking time if customer cancels midway

6. Refund Processing Timeline

We believe in quick and transparent refund processing.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be sent through the same payment mode (UPI, bank, etc.) unless customer requests otherwise.

If the customer is not present at the pickup location for more than 45 minutes, it is treated as a No-Show, and:
