Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
Reservations are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking confirmation is provided only after receiving the advance amount.
The customer must provide correct trip details (date, time, number of passengers, and route).
Any last-minute changes may impact the pricing or availability.

Payment Rules:
Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Remaining amount must be paid before or at the start of the journey.
Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other accepted methods.
Toll, parking, state taxes, and entry fees are extra (unless included in a customised package).
For outstation trips, the customer must cover driver expenses like night charges or food.
If the trip extends beyond agreed hours or kilometres, extra charges apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Customer-Friendly Yet Fair

Cancellation Guidelines:
Cancellation within 24 hours of the trip will result in loss of full advance.
Cancellation before 48 hours may allow partial refund (terms discussed during booking).
No refund for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or incorrect trip details.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.
If the booking is cancelled from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, full refund will be provided.

Vehicle Condition & Breakdown Terms:
All buses and tempo travellers are inspected before every trip.
In case of breakdown, replacement vehicle will be arranged depending on availability.
Breakdown time does not qualify for refunds but extra hours will be adjusted.
Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, road closures, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Customers must arrive on time at pickup points to avoid delays.
Liability Limitations:
